Conditiile de utilizare ale voucherului:
•           Se pot achiziționa unul sau mai multe produse, pană la data expirării voucherului și se aplică exclusiv produselor livrate si vandute de Elefant.ro
•           În cazul in care produsele achiziționate depășesc valoarea voucherului, diferența  poate fi achitată de deținător conform opțiunilor standard de plată: card sau ordin de plată.
•           Voucherele sunt valabile pentru o singură cumparare, valoarea acestora nu poate fi împarțită pentru a plasa mai multe comenzi. Voucherele pot fi folosite de un singur utilizator, o singură data.
•           Voucherul este valabil doar pentru comenzile cu livrare în România;
•           Voucherul poate fi cumulat cu alte promoții/ oferte de pe site, dar nu cu ofertele dedicate membrilor Elefant Premium.
•           Voucherele nu se aplică la produsele marcate cu mesajul ”Produs MARKETPLACE”. Dacă în coș vor fi produse marcate astfel, iar valoarea comenzii nu depășește valoarea voucherului, va fi afișat mesajul de mai jos: ”Acest voucher nu se aplică la produsele marcate cu urmatorul text: ”Produs Marketplace” și nu se combină cu alte vouchere.
•           Voucherele se aplică la produse care fac parte din campanii de tipul ”extra-reducere” ce conțin vouchere sau campanii cu produse gratuite (2+1 carte gratis, 2+2 cărți gratis, etc). Voucherul se aplică în campaniile mari de reducere recurente (ex GIGAsale, Flash Deals etc).
•           Voucherele nu includ transportul gratuit.
•           Nu pot fi folosite în aceeași comandă 2 sau mai multe vouchere, chiar dacă sunt primite de la aceeași companie. 
•           Voucherul nu este destinat revânzării și nu poate fi convertit în bani.
•           Utilizatorii voucherelor răspund de corectitudinea datelor introduse.
            
Mecanismul de aplicare al voucherelor

•           Pentru a beneficia de reducere, utilizatorul voucherului trebuie să plaseze pe site-ul elefant.ro o comandă a cărei valoare să corespundă cu cea a voucherului sau să o depășească (exemplu: dacă voucherul primit are valoarea de 100 lei, comanda plasată trebuie să aibă valoarea de minimum 100 lei), să introducă în pagina de finalizare a comenzii codul voucherului, în câmpul “Adaugă voucher” și să dea click pe butonul “Aplică”.
•           Introducerea voucherului și  apăsarea butonului “Aplică”  se va face numai după ce utilizatorul s-a asigurat că a pus în coș toate produsele dorite și va finaliza comanda și plata, deoarece sistemul va înregistra voucherul ca fiind folosit. În eventualitatea în care utilizatorul se răzgândește totuși, iar voucherul a fost deja introdus, se poate anula prin apăsarea butonului ”x” din dreptul acestuia și abia apoi se poate iesi din pagină.
•           Dacă utilizatorul întâmpină probleme în utilizarea voucherului poate scrie la adresa contact@elefant.ro pentru mai multe informatii.

Voucher conditions:

• If the purchased products exceed the value of the voucher, the difference can be paid by the holder according to the standard payment options: card or payment order.
• Vouchers are valid for a single purchase, their value cannot be divided to place multiple orders. Vouchers can be used by a single user, only once.
• The voucher is only valid for orders with delivery in Romania;
• The voucher can be combined with other promotions/offers on the website, but not with the offers dedicated to Elefant Premium members.
• Vouchers do not apply to products marked with the message "MARKETPLACE Product". If there will be products marked like this in the basket, and the value of the order does not exceed the value of the voucher, the message below will be displayed: "This voucher does not apply to products marked with the following text: "Marketplace Product" and cannot be combined with other vouchers.
• Vouchers are applied to products that are part of "extra-discount" type campaigns that contain vouchers or campaigns with free products (2+1 free book, 2+2 free books, etc.). The voucher is applied in major recurring discount campaigns (eg GIGAsale, Flash Deals, etc.).
• Vouchers do not include free shipping.
• 2 or more vouchers cannot be used in the same order, even if they are received from the same company.
• The voucher is not intended for resale and cannot be converted into money.
• Voucher users are responsible for the correctness of the entered data.
            
Voucher application mechanism

• To benefit from the discount, the voucher user must place an order on the elefant.ro website whose value corresponds to that of the voucher or exceeds it (example: if the received voucher has a value of 100 lei, the placed order must has a value of at least 100 lei), to enter the voucher code in the "Add voucher" field on the checkout page and click on the "Apply" button.
• Entering the voucher and pressing the "Apply" button will be done only after the user has made sure that he has put all the desired products in the basket and will complete the order and payment, because the system will register the voucher as used. In the event that the user changes his mind, and the voucher has already been entered, he can cancel it by pressing the "x" button next to it and only then can he exit the page.
