• By using this card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
• The voucher is valid for 3 years from activation.
• This card can be redeemed only in the ticket store of FlixMobility GmbH and only by persons at least 14 years old.
• Internet access is required to redeem; additional charges may apply.
• Cards are valid on all routes. The number of available seats is limited.
• When the code is entered, the voucher value of this card is deducted from the total price.
• Only one voucher code can be redeemed per booking.
• Any remaining balance can be used again with the same code.
• Redemption for cash, cash refunds, exchange, or use to purchase other goods is not possible.
• The collection, processing, and use of personal data are subject to the privacy policy of FlixMobility GmbH, unless otherwise stated.
• Title passes upon delivery to the purchaser.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for lost, stolen, or destroyed cards, or for cards used without authorization.
• Statutory rights that cannot be excluded by these terms remain unaffected.
• The card is not intended for resale.
• Gift cards are issued and delivered by FlixMobility GmbH.
• The retailer sells the cards as a sales agent for and on behalf of FlixMobility GmbH.
