1.  Canjeo de la tarjeta regalo
Puede utilizar su tarjeta regalo de GetYourGuide para reservar tours y actividades ofrecidas por una multitud de proveedores de actividades en la plataforma de GetYourGuide. Para utilizar su tarjeta regalo de GetYourGuide vaya a www.getyourguide.es, elija una actividad e introduzca el código electrónico de la tarjeta regalo durante el proceso de reserva.
Las tarjetas regalo de GetYourGuide no se pueden canjear por dinero. 
2. Valor de la tarjeta regalo
Puede consultar el saldo y la validez de su tarjeta regalo utilizando la página de ayuda en la página de GetYourGuide: https://www.getyourguide.es/contact#payment-and-refunds_gift-cart-value-and-validity  
3. Validez
El periodo de validez de la tarjeta regalo es de tres años, empezando al final del año en el cual se compró. La validez de la tarjeta regalo no se puede extender. Debe usar el saldo de la tarjeta regalo antes de que caduque. El saldo que no se utilice antes de la fecha de caducidad se perderá.
4. Tarjetas regalo perdidas o sustraídas
GetYourGuide no se responsabiliza de la pérdida, sustracción o uso no autorizado de su tarjeta regalo en caso de que usted, o alguien que haya recibido la tarjeta de su parte, la pierda o le sea sustraída. En tal caso, la tarjeta regalo no será reemplazada ni reembolsada.
5. Cancelación o reembolso
Una vez se ha comprado una tarjeta regalo, no puede ser cancelada ni reembolsada.
