• eGift cards must be used as payment toward a new reservation made directly on the HotelsGift website.
• Redeem online by creating an account, selecting Book Trip | Redeem, searching and booking your product, entering traveler details, and applying your eGift card code at checkout to complete the booking.
• A maximum of 2 eGift card codes are permitted per transaction; if the basket value exceeds the eGift card value, the difference may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
• eGift cards are valid only in NZD for all available products.
• eGift cards can only be applied to a new individual reservation made in NZD by New Zealand domiciled residents.
• eGift cards may be applied to a group reservation where available.
• All website content, customer service, tickets, and eVouchers are in English.
• Gift cards and eVouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• HotelsGift gift cards generally expire 12 months from issuance, with regional exceptions subject to local law (North America: no expiry; Ireland: 60 months; Australia and Germany: 36 months).
