• The voucher is valid after full payment and, from the redemption date stated on the voucher, can be applied to a booking mediated by Travelcircus GmbH up to the value shown on the voucher.
• The validity period varies depending on the voucher type.
• Value vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
• Product and experience vouchers are generally valid for 1 year for the specified product or selection, and an additional 1 year for all Travelcircus travel offers.
• The specific voucher terms for each product or experience apply; these are available on the product page before purchase and are also provided on page 2 of the voucher PDF after purchase.
• Travel vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
• Returns of vouchers after purchase are excluded.
• If the voucher code is lost or becomes illegible, the voucher loses its validity.
• Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking.
• The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts.
• The voucher is freely transferable but resale is prohibited.
• No cash payout of vouchers or voucher balances is possible.
• If the voucher value exceeds the booking price, the remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be used within the voucher’s validity on the full Travelcircus range.
• Travelcircus recommends redeeming the voucher in good time.
• After redemption, please keep the travel voucher and invoice for any queries.
