We ran a company contest (an ugly xmas sweater competition) with voting to boost team spirit and have a bit of fun in the team. Turning on voting mode we were able to collect votes easily via a link across the whole company, and hide votes until they were announced at the end. Had a blast, and our team absolutely loved it!
