Service: Joyogram — online individual and group ecards delivered digitally via paid credits you can purchase on the website.
1. Overview
Joyogram provides instantly-available digital content. Because delivery begins the moment you finalise payment and the service is fully performed within seconds, purchases are non-refundable. This approach is consistent with EU and Swedish consumer law, which allows traders of fully-performed digital services to remove the statutory 14-day withdrawal window once the customer has expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the consequent loss of that right.
2. No right of withdrawal
After purchasing Joyogram credits you expressly agree that the personalised Joyogram will be created and made accessible immediately revealing all guest messages and content and enabling paid features such as the ability to share the Joyogram with a recipient(s).
You acknowledge that, upon full performance of the service, your right of withdrawal under Chapter 2, §10 of the Swedish Distance and Off-premises Contracts Act and Article 16 (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU no longer applies.
Accordingly, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once your order has been confirmed.
3. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Unauthorised transactions are handled in line with card-scheme rules. Filing a chargeback for a valid, delivered order may result in your Joyogram account being suspended until the dispute is resolved.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the minimum guarantees or consumer remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Swedish or EU law.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect legal or operational changes. Material amendments will be posted on joyogram.com at least 14 days before they take effect.
